Just as important as strengthening and improving muscle tone is the ability to 'let go' of stress and release tension in the muscles. Yoga offers your body the space to heal.
Private one-on-one yoga allows the instructor to see structural imbalances and incorrect alignment in your poses that might be overlooked in larger classes. Imbalances can lead to discomfort, pain and injury. Working with a private yoga instructor provides you with the tools you need to make the most out of your practice, whether you're practicing in your living room or taking a studio class.
