Spring into Summer

The beautiful Spring in New York City is upon us and the Summer keeps trying to burst its way onto the street like all the buds of the Pear trees on 2nd Ave. I'm so excited to get outside and I want you to come with me! The Flowing Hand is going to be taking its whole body health programs to the urban parks and suburban beaches starting in June and I can't wait to see you all there!

I planted all of the flowers in this picture! This is the garden behind my building that my landlord has given me permission to take care of. Come visit me and see one of the most serene spots in the East Village.

Riding Time!

As all of my current clients know, if there is any sport I'm passionate about, it's snowboarding! In honor of the Olympics and all of the US medal winners, I am taking $10 off the per session price of all Personal Training packages for new clients. Freedom!

It was a great run but I finally parted ways with the New York Health & Racquet Club today after a year and a half of adding my expertise to their team at the Cooper Square location in the East Village. I learned a lot while working there and met some great friends and colleagues. It was a positive experience in many ways but it will be much easier for me to pursue my integrated philosophy of healing and growth through fitness and bodywork on my own. I don't want to have a conflict of interest with the good people at Cooper. I wish everyone there the best of luck.
